Limited Edition Lithographs

ION Corporation publishes both “Limited Edition” and “Open Edition” products for sale via CurtisLithos.com. For example, the products identified as: “Edward S. Curtis Photographs in The Rainier Club Collection” are limited edition products. They have been produced subject to a licensing agreement between The Rainier Club, Seattle, WA and ION Corporation, Kirkland, WA. Additional quantities of the limited edition lithographs will not be printed. As the inventory of Limited Edition products are depleted, ION reserves the right to increase prices of those products by amounts and at times that are at the sole discretion of ION Corporation.

Open Edition Products

In addition to Limited Edition products, ION Corporation also produces Open Edition products (lithographs, note cards, bookmarks, and other products) the quantities of which are not limited. As inventories of these products sell out, ION may, at its discretion, produce additional quantities of these products. ION reserves the right to set and / or change the prices of these open edition products from time to time at its sole discretion.

Products Produced By Other Companies

From time to time ION may offer products for sale via CurtisLithos.com that have been produced by other companies.

Purchasing Options

CurtisLithos.com/ION Corporation accepts Visa® and MasterCard®.

Payment may also be made via certified company check, money orders and cashier’s checks. Personal checks may also be used to purchase products. However, we reserve the right to wait for personal checks to clear prior to shipping ordered products. Please note that we do not accept COD payments.

Canceling an Order

While shopping on line you may cancel your order simply by deleting the items from your shopping cart. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours by calling our sales department at 206.730.7566. After 24 hours all orders will be processed.

International Orders

Currently, we accept orders for shipment to addresses in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. For orders requesting shipment to other countries, please contact us via e-mail or phone prior to placing your order.

Orders for Resale

Galleries, Museum Stores, Gift Shops, and other Retailers, if you are interested in selling ION Corporation / CurtisLithos.com products in your retail store. Shipping and Handling Costs

Shipping and handling costs for orders placed within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are as follows:

Shipping Destinations

We ship products within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Orders intended for shipping to other countries will be cancelled unless you have contacted us prior to placing your order and made appropriate shipping arrangements.

Shipping Methods

We ship products via UPS Ground, Federal Express Ground, and common ground carriers.

If you desire any other delivery method the additional shipping charges will be calculated and figured into the total cost of your purchase. Please contact us directly for a quote on any desired shipping options other than those described here.

Please allow adequate time for us to process and pack your order before shipping. We typically require 24- to 48-hours to pack and process your order. We will make all efforts to ship your order to you promptly.

Shipping Damage

Please open and inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If there is any visible damage please notify the driver and refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us at 206.730.7566 so we can arrange to have a replacement unit shipped to you immediately.

After accepting delivery if you find any concealed damage please report it within 24 hours. ION Corporation / CurtisLithos.com will not be held liable for any shipping damage reported after 24 hours of receipt.

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you buy from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, or upon receipt you find a product is defective, please return the product for replacement or refund.

To replace a defective or damaged product, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt and include:

1. Your name (as it appears on the original order),
   
   
2. Your address, phone number and e-mail address,
   
   
3. The date of shipment, if it is known,
   
   
4. The product title and description, and . . .
   
   
5. The reason for the return/exchange. If the product is defective, please describe the nature of the problem.

For Exchanges or Refunds of Damaged Products

You are responsible for the return shipping of the product, preferably in the original shipping materials. Please package it carefully.

Once we receive your return, we will replace it or exchange it per your request.

We will pay for the shipping of replacement / exchanged products to you.

For Returns and Refunds

Please note: Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you are requesting a refund, all non-defective merchandise must be in its original, unused and unaltered condition. If possible, return it in its original packaging and ship it insured and traceable, preferably via UPS Ground.

You are responsible for the shipping and insurance fees.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product and determine that it is in “as new” condition and has not been altered, we will issue you a refund. As noted above, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

The availability of CurtisLithops.com / ION Corporation Products is subject to the inventories available and our ability to ship products. Sometimes products will be placed on backorder. If your desired product is placed on backorder you will be notified immediately. Upon notification you have a choice to wait until the back order is filled, or you may cancel your order.

Price Protection

Because ION Corporation and CurtisLithos.com offer “Limited Edition” products for sale, there are no price protection offers made for any products at this time.

Sales Tax

Shipments to Washington State addresses are subject to a state sales tax. The rate is currently 8.8%. ION Corporation will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax.

Pricing Disclaimer

ION Corporation offers “Limited Edition” products for sale via CurtisLithos.com. As inventories of these limited edition products are depleted, ION reserves the right to increase product prices. Similarly, for “slow-moving” or products to be discontinued, ION reserves the right to reduce prices. The timing and magnitude of any price changes remains the sole prerogative of ION Corporation.

Therefore, all quoted and listed pricing information is subject to change without notice. ION Corporation will make every effort to provide you with the most accurate and current pricing and product information. In the event an erroneous product price is listed or quoted, CurtisLithos.com / ION Corporation shall have the right to deny or cancel the order with said erroneous price.

If an erroneous product price listed on CurtisLithos.com is greater than the true product price, ION Corporation, will bill you the lower true product price and ship the item as ordered.

If the erroneous product price listed is less than the true product price, ION Corporation, will cancel the order and notify you of the pricing error and order cancellation. You may of course, choose to re-order with the correct pricing.

While every attempt is made to verify and ensure correct product pricing, ION Corporation, reserves the right to deny or cancel any orders placed and/or confirmed. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, ION Corporation will promptly credit your credit card account in the amount of the original order.

Limitation of Liability

CurtisLithos.com / ION Corporation, does not accept any liability beyond the policies, terms and conditions set forth herein. This includes any liability for products not being available for your use.

CurtisLithos.com / ION Corporation will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if notified of the possibility of such damages. CurtisLithos.com / ION Corporation will not be responsible for any damages claimed by a third party except as provided herein.

You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, CurtisLithos.com / ION Corporation, is not liable or responsible for any amount of damage above the aggregate dollar amount you paid for the product or service you made under this agreement.
